News - 03/07/08

Been working on getting my server up and running to host my maps and finally got it done. Currently I run a CSS server to play test my map with whoever on a spare laptop I have in the house. So far game play is pretty smooth on it, and I have enabled fast download off for all custom content since some map files are rather large. Took little more than 1 minute for a friend (server in NJ, friend in PA) to download de_onslaught_rc1, which is a 60mb map!

The server currently is only up when someone requests it or play test is going on. Trying to save bandwidth since the server is run off my home internet connect (up to 30 down / 5 up)

New Map! fy_onslaught_warehouse_beta1a has been released. Also the development of Onslaught is going good for the most part. Just cleaning up areas, optimizing FPS, trying to find any final bugs, etc. For more detailed information on whats happening, check out the Onslaught Latest News section or click here.

News - 02/22/08

Well, its been awhile. I've moved to a new hosting provider and decided this site needed a new look. I'm not sure if this will be the final look of the website, but as of now I like it better than the old. The site is still under development, and certain sections may or may not be available at this time. I'm aiming for the site to be completed by the final release of Onslaught series version 2. More information about that below.
